Servicing and Maintenance

All SafeAirTM products have a comprehensive 12 months guarantee, and any routine servicing as defined by the manufacturers is simple to perform. We recommend that users of SafeAirTM products pay particular attention to ensuring that filters are regularly cleaned and the UV Emitters (similar to fluorescent bulbs) are checked to ensure they are functioning correctly. However, it is recognized that some customers may wish to have total piece of mind with their SafeAirTMsystems, so Vie Master offer a comprehensive after sales service package that will remove any worries about the continuous operation of the equipment.

We offer two levels of service cover to suit your individual needs and should these not be totally to your satisfaction, Vie Master can tailor a servicing package for you.

The two standard levels of servicing provide for regular 3 monthly visits to ensure that each machine is functioning correctly and filters are either cleaned or replaced as defined by the manufacturer's instructions. Additionally during the first year of operation any warranty issues will be rectified on the spot by our engineer thus ensuring maximum benefits from the system. Both levels of servicing will also provide for an annual replacement of all UV Emitters to ensure they are functioning at optimum performance.

In addition to the above the SafeAirTM Gold Service will also extend the equipment warranty continuously and will ensure that any maintenance or repairs will be carried out on the spot at any time after the initial 12 months warranty expires at no extra cost. Thus ensuring you have a clear operational cost for the continuous running of the equipment with no extra charges.
